If you’re not happy with the result at the end of your appointment, just let us know. We’ll do our best to put things right, and you won’t be charged for the service.
No fuss, no awkward conversations.
Wear for a week
Your hair should work just as well at home as it does when you leave the salon.
Sometimes it’s only after you’ve washed and styled it yourself that you know how you’re getting on.
If there’s anything you’d like us to tweak, just let us know within seven days of your appointment. We’ll happily put it right, whether that means revisiting your cut or colour, at no extra cost.
Worth every penny
We only recommend products we genuinely believe are right for your hair.
If something we’ve recommended isn’t working for you, just let us know.
We’ll happily exchange it for something more suitable or refund your money.
